Our personalised approach to workplace health offers bespoke onsite physiotherapy programs, rooted in years of understanding the food processing industry. We grasp both the challenges and opportunities faced by our clients in this sector and devise Onsite Programs delivered by our national team of physiotherapists.

In collaboration with you, we establish an Onsite Program. This program utilises a dedicated onsite segment we term the ‘Health Hub’. Here, we engage with your team, offering both preventive and rehabilitative exercises, coupled with manual therapy, fortifying the health of your workforce.

Through our proactive health initiatives, the incidence of injuries can be significantly lowered, leading to fewer compensation claims and decreased insurance premiums. These financial benefits can be redirected to bolster the well-being of workers, uplifting the overall performance.

Physiotherapy's Significance in the Food Processing Industry

Onsite physiotherapy addresses a spectrum of work-induced conditions, predominantly those arising from repetitive tasks typical in food processing. Our occupational physiotherapists identify these nuances, discerning contributing job elements and proposing corrective modifications.

Physiotherapy For Back Pain

For example, determining the cause behind a worker's back pain, perhaps from lifting heavy crates, paves the way for our physiotherapists to recommend adjustments to the task. This advice is complemented by hands-on therapy and restorative exercises to prevent recurrent issues.

Physiotherapy For Neck Pain

Physiotherapists utilise a range of techniques to diagnose and manage all types of neck pain in a safe and effective manner. The comfort and safety of workers are always the primary concern of any treating Employ Health physiotherapist.

Physiotherapy For Shoulder Pain

Shoulder pain can be one of the most challenging areas to diagnose and treat due to the joint's increased mobility. Many production jobs often see numerous upper limb and shoulder pathologies due to the repetitive nature of the tasks. Identifying poor biomechanical control of the shoulder and improper anatomical positioning at work is vital for resolving these conditions in the workforce.

Physiotherapy For Repetitive Strain Injuries

The repetitive nature of many tasks in the food processing domain increases the likelihood of RSIs. Employ Health’s unparalleled expertise guarantees the best outcomes for both the employee and the organisation.
