On the streets of NYC, four members of the Employ Health team took on one of the world’s most iconic races:
The New York Marathon isn’t just a run — it’s a celebration of grit, community, culture, and sheer determination. For our team to show up, finish strong, and represent Employ Health on the world stage was a massive achievement.
Meanwhile, across the globe, another EH crew was pushing their limits in the high Himalaya. Matthew Stewart, Sean Archer, Andrew Lao, and Custodian Award winner Tim Stephens journeyed from Kathmandu to the famous landing strip of Lukla, trekked through the Khumbu Valley to Everest Base Camp and Kala Patthar, and ultimately stood on top of Lobuche Peak (6,119m).
It was a demanding expedition — long days, altitude, ice, and terrain that asks a lot of anyone who steps onto it. But the team showed what it means to live our values: resilience, preparation, teamwork, and health as a way of being.
Both adventures featured our annual Custodian Award recipients — Isaac in New York, Tim in Nepal — a reminder that at Employ Health, we don’t just recognise performance… we celebrate people.
Their participation highlights exactly what our culture stands for: opportunity, growth, and shared experiences that shape us personally and professionally.
Seeing our tribe members take on challenges like these reinforces something fundamental:
At Employ Health, health isn’t just our business — it’s our lifestyle.
We’re grateful, proud, and continuously inspired by the people who carry our values into the world, one step, one kilometre, and one summit at a time.
