When MRI Findings Don’t Equal Injury
—Why Onsite Physiotherapy Matters More Than Imaging in Workplace Shoulder Pain
Read moreOn the 24th and 25th of October, our entire EmployHealth tribe from Australia and New Zealand gathered at Surfing Australia on the northern coast of New South Wales for our annual conference. This event has become one of the most important staples in our calendar—a chance for the whole tribe to step out of the day-to-day, reconnect, and shape the direction of our work for the year ahead.
This year’s conference centred around the powerful opportunities created when teams from different states and sites come together. Leaders and practitioners shared insights from their local Health Hubs, emerging trends across industries, and innovations that will shape the next evolution of our services across ANZ.
The energy in the room was all about collaboration, elevating quality, and continuing to push the boundaries of what workplace health can achieve.
A highlight of every conference is the presentation of our Custodian Awards—recognising individuals who go above and beyond in living the values of EmployHealth.
A huge congratulations to this year’s recipients:
These team members have demonstrated outstanding commitment to stewardship, excellence, and the belief that health is a vehicle for building a strong workplace culture.
True to who we are, the conference wasn’t just strategy and planning. We made space for fun, fitness, and a lot of laughs—with beach games, movement sessions, and a healthy dose of friendly competition. These moments are what turn a team into a tribe.
The momentum from this year’s conference is already driving big ideas and even bigger opportunities. With the strength of our people and our shared purpose, 2026 will be our most impactful year yet.
